Enable-Disable Run

Source

1. Open gpedit by double clicking on 'gpedit.msc' (%systemroot%\system32\gpedit.msc)
2. Open 'User configuration' -> 'Administrative Templates' ->'Start Menu & Toolbar'
3. In the right pane find 'Remove Run from start menu' and double click on it
4. Chose 'Disable' and push OK button
5. This will sove your problem

Using Group Policy Editor in Windows XP Professional.

Click Start, Run, type gpedit.msc and click OK.
* Navigate to User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ System
* Double-click the Prevent access to the command prompt , Prevent access registry editing tools


Enable - Disable Task Manager

Click Start
* Click Run
* Enter gpedit.msc in the Open box and click OK
* In the Group Policy settings window
o Select User Configuration
o Select Administrative Templates
o Select System
o Select Ctrl+Alt+Delete options
o Select Remove Task Manager
o Double-click the Remove Task Manager option

Enable - Disable Folder Option

Start-->Run-->gpedit.msc

1 Administrative Templates--> Windows Components--> Windows Explorer
2  Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu
