This reflects my configuration and my needs, so keep in mind it may not exactly be what you need.
I'm sure it's not perfect but I've been running a similar configuration for quite a while under CentOS 3 and CentOS 4 servers.
If something looks suspicious to you, please drop me a line. Postfix can be a maze to set up and understand and I may misuse/misunderstand some options.

The document is performance oriented, the goal is to have a fully functionning email gateway on a low performance machine.
Amavisd-new, spamassassin and other memory hungry services are avoided.
